Very friendly staff, as it was my birthday on my stay here they upgraded my room to the Park Lane Suite, was very thoughtful of them. The room was beautiful, great room service and their concierge team were very helpful. The prices in the hotel for food and drink were a bit steep, and the jacuzzi wasnt working in the spa. However, I can't complain as I got an upgraded room at no extra cost and was overall a great experience. Would highly recommend!.

Nice hotel. Great location. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone who wants to stay near Oxford Street shopping and / or Hyde Park

Love this location when I’m in London. Close to Hyde Parkett and a lovely run in the morning.

Lovely hotel. The spa was is out of this world. Massage was amazing. The heated pool was so warm and good for the bones. Lol. Afternoon tea was very nice and relaxing. Rooms are very up to date and new. Small but what do you expect in central London.

Lovely hotel and nice staff but breakfast is a little limited and the rooms are relatively small. Still had a good stay though
