Great location, friendly staff at check in and check out and the rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. I had a basement room (so no window) but for an overnight stay only was fine. The room was small but well maintained, had full complement of sky TV channels on a good size screen, the bed was comfortable and there was a small desk too with tea and coffee facilities. Only slight downside of the basement room is that you can hear the trains from Victoria as the pass but it wasn't too distracting. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Overall though, very good, would stay again.

Very nice hotel and very nice staff. Great breakfast. But our room was super small, had no window, and the bathroom "walls" were actually glass panes, not great when you're on the toilets and the other person can see everything...

*This accomodation is beauty and clean. Position of hotel is ok! The staff is nice and kindly. Singl room was a little bit small🤣 ..see yourself) but there were teepot..tee and coffee) *Hotel è carino. Staff gentile e disponibile. La stanza era un'po piccola🤣 vedete voi)..pero c'era la teera e anche te /caffe in bustine) *Симпатичный отель. Доброжелательный персонал. Одноместный номер был прям маленький🤣..смотрите сами) зато был чайник и чай/кофе)

We are staying for 4 nights from Dec 23. I find the staff are friendly, specially Martha who is very helpful assisting me to find routes to different attractions. Her heartfelt service is very impressive. The room is clean and modernly renovated. The complimentary cheese and wine provides other selections for non-alcoholic and latase intolerance guests. I definitely will stay in this hotel in my next visit.

Absolutely loved it. Had a fantastic location for lots of local attractions. All attractions are within a 20 min walk. The hotel itself is right opposite victoria train station meaning you haven't got to get more public transport or complete a long walk with you bags. The hotel staff were very helpful and whilst we didn't eat there the hotel did provide free cheese and wine for two hours each evening
