As you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Room was small but that is to be expected in London. Bathroom, however, was very spacious. Lift was very slow bit that was the only real downside. The breakfast was acceptable - nothing fancy.

The location is great ,the room was small but adequate, good enough for overnight stay, Staff were attentive and friendly.

Ideal for an overnight stay while doing tourist stuff. Quiet, pleasant area of Pimlico and close to the Pimlico underground station which is only one stop on the Victoria line from Victoria. I had a lower ground floor room 106 which was spacious, quiet and the bed very comfortable. Small, but spotlessly clean breakfast room so a bit if a squeeze when busy and although a minimal selection of food, it was nice and hot. 3 choices of cereal; granola, cornflakes and muesli. Milk in a fridge 🙂, sausages, baked beans, scrambled eggs. Oranges, apples and bananas. Chocolate muffins. Staff attentive. Def a good choice for basic accommodation.

Very basic, they don't even have a restaurant or any gym facilities etc. The rooms are the same, basic and functional. The staff more than make up for it though. They are very friendly and helpful.

Everything as expected. Facilities excellent, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Good manners and a smile cost nothing but mean a lot
