Location is great. However, it is UNBELIEVABLY NOISY from 5 pm to 11 pm due to a bunch of students (or just young) drinking and yelling like mad nonstop almost every night!!!!!! I have been staying here for 2 weeks and seriously, I think a manager of this summer accommodation should do something about it rather than saying, 'our quiet time is from 11 pm.' This is unbearable.

I couldn't believe it when I found this place to stay for a week on summer. It is at a very good location, it includes access to some campus facilities, like the gym and the restaurants, it includes breakfast, and everything at a really, really good price. For sure you have to take into account that these are usually student accommodations, so you will not have some luxuries typical of "real" hotels, like a TV. Gut hey, you can have Internet access for your whole stay just by a small amount of extra money!

Great if you are looking for a good accommodation in the summer to visit the city. Great location. Very clean. Just the breakfast is really like student times....

I have now stayed here for two summers in a row. The staff here are all students who do try their best to help out. The level of accommodation here is pretty good value for money compared to what you'd expect to find in the area the price is competitive and the breakfast included here is also pretty good. Definitely worth a look at if you need a place to stay and to top it off its in a pretty good location too.

Great place & accomodation. Excellent english breakfast. Rooms are a bit small. Perfecto wifi. Near South kensintong station.gym and swiming pool.
