Stayed for one night for my partners Birthday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar area was nice, cocktail menu not great. Rooms were clean and bed comfy. Night rooms service advertised with pictures of food that was not available, but misleading. Limited food menu was not great but I suppose you can't expect too much at that time of night. Overall enjoyed stay and would stay again

Enjoyed the stay here for 4 nights.. good location near Lords Cricket Ground.. neat and tidy rooms.. cooperative staff.. room services and other facilities were quite good.. Thank you so much 😊

My credit card was stolen from the Concierge and many charge attempts were made on it. Luckily the card hadn't been activated yet... my friend brought it over from Canada as it is my Canadian credit card (mine had expired) and had to leave it with the Concierge. Of course, it wasn't known that there was a credit card in there as it was a sealed package and the card was hidden amongst other things. So they opened my sealed package and stole my card and then used it. So I wouldn't trust them. Just really disappointing from a hotel like this...

This a beautiful hotel, I had clicked on 4 stars because of the humming noise in our room but given the swift room change upon complaint and polite actions of the staff, I changed it to 5 star. Everything is spotless, staff are friendly, great bar and nibbles, We were moved to a new room but the humming noise was unbearable here too... it turned out to be the fridge!! We just switched it off and felt embarrassed we hadn't copped it in the first room. We had room service that evening and the toasted sandwiches and presentation were amazing, lovely experience and will return again, we left early so can't comment on breakfast

Very small rooms originally before asking to move somewhere more comfortable. The hotel looks a little outdated, could do with an upgrade. Breakfast buffet was very standard, not impressed but enough food to fill you up if you want quantity over quality.
