First stated in Jan 2025, my son was 10 and upon checking in, he was so very excited. The staff were polite and lovely, gifting the little man with a chelsea band and exchange of good chatter.nWe were attending a woman's match the day after our stay, so the location was top notch. Even the ground security made sure to chat away and make us feel welcome and safe.nnWe had a standard twin room which was in a separate building to breakfast but I didn't mind. The breakfast was amazing. Absolutely loved it.nnThe desk staff securely kept our luggage safe whilst we enjoyed the match and we collected afterwards. It was surprisingly straight forward and swift.nnWe are returning this weekend for yet another womens match, though we have two nights this time.nnHoping we have the same happiness this time round.nn
Neal is an absolute legend. Excellent service for my parents when we came to visit and spent three nights there, we were sad to leave! Perfect hotel if you're looking for the full Chelsea experience. Great chance to meet some football legends prowling around on match day too! You couldn't possibly be any closer you're practically IN the stadium itself, but with all the peace and comfort you need. Great in fact almost unbelievable value with the Ascott Star Rewards hotel package but it really is true.
The locations is convenient, only 6 minutes walk to the tube station. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel room wasnspacious and clean. The only downside is there are not enough charging points in the room. And the double beds are smaller than the standard double.
An exceptional hotel!nI'm staying there for the fifth time, and the service is always very courteous and friendly. The location is excellent, the rooms are large, beautiful and well-equipped. Simply a highly recommended hotel in London. The proximity to the stadium is very nice, and adds special value to the stay. - Recommended!
To be honest, the hotel is very beautiful with an excellent location , just about an 8 minute walk from Fulham Broadway Station and it’s absolutely perfect for watching the greatest club in the world, the Blues .nnHowever, I experienced two issues during my stay:nn1. The first problem:nThe reception is located in one building while the newly renovated rooms are in another. Since it was my first time staying here, I checked in and went up the escalator with my luggage, only to be told that my room was in a different building. I asked if someone could help take the bags to the room, but they said no one was available , which was honestly surprising for a 4-star hotel.nWhile going back down the escalator with my wife, the suitcases were large and the escalator was a bit narrow, and she slipped and hurt her leg. This could have been easily avoided if luggage assistance was available like in most 4-star hotels.nn2. The second issue:nOne of the elevators wasn’t working properly. It happened several times, and we had to call someone to come and fix it.nnAside from that, the rooms were genuinely excellent , spacious, clean, with a modern bathroom and very nice décor. Breakfast was decent as well.nnFor me, I would stay here again if I’m coming to watch Chelsea matches .
