I recently stayed at Maitrise Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. They really made me feel welcome throughout my stay.nThe bed was very comfortable, and I was able to relax and sleep well. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options each morning. It was also the cheapest breakfast in town, offering great value for money.nI would also like to appreciate the housekeeping team — they did a very good job and ensured everything was clean and well arranged. They provided everything we needed and maintained the room perfectly.nOverall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and excellent facilities. I will definitely be coming back!
The room was spacious and cozy. Heating was perfect for the winter weather. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Carol the manager. They allowed us to leave our bags in the storage before check-in and after check-out. They also had all-day breakfast which was perfect cos we didn’t have to wake up too early. It’s about 3-5mins walk to the train station. There’s Tesco Express across and a lot of other shops too. They also have Anytime Fitness. Overall, it’s a perfect budget-friendly hotel.
We had a pleasant stay at Maitrise Hotel Maida Vale. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside and a metro station just a few minutes’ walk away, making it very easy to get around London.nnThe room was a OK size for a couple, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only downside was the lack of a fridge, which would have been useful for keeping water or small refrigerated items.nnThe staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The hotel also offers a gym and restaurant with discounted access for guests. A Tesco Express and other shops are conveniently located right across the street.nnOverall, we enjoyed our stay and our time in London. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
I had requested for a higher level floor room, but given a super small basement room which need to move the luggages using staircase. Once checked in toilet can’t flush, when wanted to take a bath to settled down a busy day, found no cool water to balance the water heat from the shower head.n2 rooms beside are having minor repair with strong smell. In this case, shouldn’t allocated the middle room to me.nReally disappointed with this hotel’s facilities.nAppreciated the 2 receptionist on duty call for help once complaint raised.
