I spent one night here. The hotel is great, lovely and clean. I was missing the bath plug though which I was disappointed about after a day of travel and work but the shower was fine. Food is lovely, the service from staff was 5* and I would definitely stay here again. A bit more than your basic Travelodge stay at similar prices and would definitely recommend! It's not in a quiet area but for Central London, one can't complain.

Four stars for this good, solid three star hotel. Great service at reception. They happily received a package for us while we went out for the day. Good, clean rooms. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but then again, it is London. The level of amenities made up for it. Plenty of day to day shopping about but if you want to go 'proper' shopping then the transport connections are pretty good. Just around the corner are the tube stations and down the road is the train station. Bus stops are outside with a host of buses running from the general area. Would stay again if in the area.

Not really in a brilliant area of London however the tube station is a 5 min walk and there is overground more or less opposite. The restaurant is pretty good and not too expensive, the rooms are clean but ours was a little on the small side and didn't have any windows which was odd. Also there was a family of pigeons nesting right outside the extractor fan thing and they were really noisy. Maybe that's why there were no windows , so as to not intrude on the pigeons... Anyway... The shower was like a monsoon and that's always a massive plus for me. Next time id probably try somewhere else but let's face it, it all depends on what deal you can get! We paid 192 for two nights and i thought that was pretty good.

I've been there for two nights. I didn't payed so much so I couldn't expect any 5 stars hotel. Room wasn't so clean and a lot of dust. I payed separately for the breakfast and it was good! Good stuff. Recommend if you don't want to spend much.

Was dissapointed as I have been a fan of all previous Best Westerns ive stayed at with their value from being affordably priced while clean, nicely furnished and with great staff. A few things that surprised us here was the over all appearance of the room looked tired with many scratches and dents. The bathroom had a moldy smell and the shower door would not close properly leading water to leak out. The service was overall nice but casual in nature, an example being when we came to check in there was no one in the lobby, but when the gentleman showed up 5 minutes later he arrived through the front doors of the hotel with a beer in hand and ask how he could help us. This felt like a privately owned hotel and we could not recomend people to stay here.
