Went here for an afternoon tea, cakes were tasty and so were the scones however, the bread for the sandwiches felt alittle stale. But lovely staff showed us to our table and quickly got us our drinks we ordered and we didn't have to ask for table water as the waiter came over with it straight away. Overall a great experience would come here again.

Lovely hotel. Very well located. Held a few events and conferences here, the team are a huge asset the the venue.

Went for a work event in the montcalm hotel ballroom. Not a great space, bit clostrophobic, service was so so and the food was appaling. Looking at you uk biddable media awards!

Went to the gym/spa followed by afternoon tea. Gym had just basic equipment of treadmills, bikes, climbing machines. Spa had an exercise pool (not big enough to swim in), sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Staff were friendly. Afternoon tea had a decent selection of teas, sandwiches, scones and cakes.
