Beautiful decor, though not all to my taste. People serving are kind and efficient, hard working staff, 10/10. Found the orangery a delightful space for a tea, though not the best I've had it very much felt like a treat.nTrendy, popular, value for money.
Had afternoon tea today and Lottie hopefully spelling this correctly was fantastic. She is an absolute asset to the hotel and I would come back just because of her, her service and professionalism. Thank you for making our day.

This hotel is awesome and you should stay there, plain and simple. I have stayed here over the past 7 years, and highly recommend it to anyone. Exceptional service, great gym, and good bar scene.nnThe worst room here is better than the best rooms at most top hotels same for all Firmdales. The rooms are quiet - you really can't hear a thing.nnOther great things:nn- Best water pressure of any hotel. Showers are so relaxingn- Heated towel racksnnIt isn't cheap, but it is great.
I visited the restaurant / bar with my office colleagues - overall, good experience. The staff are professional and friendly. Always have a smile on. Definitely a must visit.
