Staff are warm, experienced and make guests feel like family. The Vesper Bar is more private club than hotel bar with world class cocktails and a great vibe, as is The Promenade where breakfast and an exceptional high tea is served.nBreakfast is one of the highlights at any Dorchester property and this one is no exception.nHealthy options, freshly made eggs and an array of pastries, fresh fruit, seeds, nuts, fresh juices and coffees that is breath taking.nRooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Deep marble baths are perfect to unwind.nFamilies and children are not only welcome but catered for.nThe whole hotel is bursting with fresh flowers, huge bunches adorn the lobby and even guest rooms have roses in vases.nDorchester guests can use the world class spa at 45 Park Lane next door, as well as the breakfast area for a different experience.nI absolutely love this hotel. It is quite simply extraordinary.
The Dorchester truly stands in a league of its own — my absolute favourite hotel in the world! Every detail is perfection, and the staff go above and beyond to make every stay unforgettable. They clearly love what they do and genuinely care about creating magical moments for their guests. Our engagement night was made beyond special thanks to their thoughtfulness, and a huge shoutout to Michelle in Guest Experience for exceeding all expectations.nnA recent overnight stay with my daughter was just as incredible — the room was pure comfort and luxury, from the perfect lighting to the dreamy bed and pillows. It felt like a warm hug wrapped in elegance. Breakfast service was outstanding, with Anuar taking such wonderful care of us. The Dorchester team has created something truly extraordinary — a world-class hospitality experience that keeps you wanting to return again and again.
Just had a special overnight stay with my daughter. It was the BEST hotel experience I have ever had. The room was perfect, the lighting is just right, the pillows and bed, you just fall into like a big cosy hug. It felt so homely but with the grand touch of The Dorchester. All of the interactions with the Dorchester team have been amazing, Anuar looked after us so well at breakfast, we didn’t want to leave. You should be proud of the special hospitality experience you have created. THANK YOU
What a beautiful and magical experience in London! My fiancé surprised me with this stunning place and it truly felt like stepping back in time with gorgeous decorations and plenty of fresh flowers everywhere. The room was like a fairytale and the bathroom was absolutely to die for. A truly unforgettable stay!
One of my favorite hotels in London. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the warm hospitality and excellent service to the delicious food and beautifully maintained rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience special, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
