It's a huge metro station, with many exits. Just be very mindful of where you're going to, and which exit you need to come out of. Given the underground nature of the metro stop, it also gets slightly claustrophobic when there's a crowd. Otherwise, this is a standard older London metro station; don't expect too much.
You might think it’s another one of those busy central London Underground stations, but London Bridge has a unique feel to it. It serves 2 underground lines and national rail. The northern line platforms are pretty standard but kept in good condition. The jubilee line platforms are very spacious, and clean. Navigation is easy if you don’t count the national rail services, it can be a nightmare over there sometimes! And standing on the actual London Bridge itself is great! Amazing views from there.

TfL should ensure that the disabled are not caused further injury and harassed. Staff treating a disabled woman with condesention and zero empathy while refusing to stick to company policy for 30+ minutes, resulting in the disabled user of your services to cry in public due to the humiliating and degrading use of language by the information operator 29-09-24 btw the user effected was Eliza Rain on tiktok is absolutely attrocious.nnGet some disability awareness training of some kind so that your staff can both handle disabled users appropriately and general policy training for all staff in regards to being unable to fulfil transport requests of those with disabilities and to avoid LYING to the disabled customer about lifts being functional in that station THAT DAY when they WERE NOT.nnAttrocious behaviour. Be aware that some staff in this station do not do their jobs correctly and plan accordingly if disabled.
A grand station close to London bridge, river and bus stops. National rail and underground station, coffee shops and waiting area, clean and well maintained.
