Covent Garden is not what it used to be back in the day - it is today a bustling, touristic, and gastronomic experience with lots of curio shops mixed in between.nnBook shops, antique shops, art and craft shops - high end dining experiences with street cafes and lots of people watching opportunities.nnThe crowds draw street performers of all mediums. Some good and some …nnA good time - a strong sensory experience - but as far as London goes, it’s another chaotic experience.
Covent Garden is one of my favourite places to visit in Central London. It has such a beautiful and lively atmosphere that makes it enjoyable whether you’re just walking around or spending the whole day there. There are plenty of coffee shops to relax in, great shopping spots, lovely pubs, and of course the amazing street performers that make the area feel so vibrant and full of life. It’s one of London’s most iconic tourist destinations, but it still has a charm that keeps me coming back.
One of my favorite places in London. A great spot to take a break, grab a coffee, watch the street performers, and simply enjoy the atmosphere.
A nice station exiting straight to Covent Gardens & a place to catch the Piccadilly Line, however they have no escalators. Lift only.
