Leicester Square Station is a vital transport hub in the heart of London's entertainment district. Its central location and interchange status make it incredibly convenient for accessing numerous theatres, cinemas, restaurants, and major tourist attractions. However, be prepared for significant crowds, especially during peak times. The station platforms and exits can become very crowded, especially during peak hours and after theatre performances.
Full crowded because of its location. Very deep underground station. Service is good by Northern and Piccadilly Lines. A lot to see around because of centre city hub. Clubs, casinos, cinemas, shopping places, eateries and drinking and entertaining, you name it and it’s here around. Just be careful while you travel here because a lot of pick pockets busy in this area.
It's a nice but heavily tourist area. It's right near Chinatown so it seems to be very crowded.
Close to theatres and cinemas and just around the corner from the square that has lots ofnStatus to see.nThere is more than one entrance to the station and I love the tiles on the platform walls.nI found getting around the station easy by just following the signs.
Very engaging, so many visitors around, had lovely time and had our dinner at China Town. Visited Lego world and M&M , entry is free to both places.
