Our VW van needed a bit of an update. So we took in into Lloyds Auto Tech and what an amazing job has been done. Scott took time to go though everything we wanted and he explained what he would be doing. We saw one of his completed vans and knew straightaway we had come to the right place. Both Scott and Angela kept us up to date regular, which was great as you feel apart of a team. When I went to pick the van up I could not believe my eyes. It was and is amazing. With the care and attention to detail that Scott has taken is fabulous he then took the time to show me how everything works. We now feel we can continue to enjoy our van it has been taken to a five star rating. I would recommend anybody who wants their Van to be taken care off to go to Lloyds Auto Tech. Having stumbled across Lloyd's Autotech's FB page I messaged them about what I was thinking of converting. They replied and suggested I give them a call to discuss what I wanted and what they could do. Initially spoke to Angela who was very friendly and said she'd get Scott to call me back, which he did quite quickly. We had a long chat about all sorts and arranged for me to visit, look at his previous conversions and discuss what I wanted in my Renault Trafic. Two weeks later after agreeing what I was going to get and how much it was going to be, it was booked in. Then he called to say he wanted it a week earlier so he could crack on with it. 6 weeks later it was finished to an amazing standard. In that time he had phoned on a regular basis to confirm the smallest of details and update on how it was going with pictures as well. When I collected the van I had to almost steal it off Scott as he was fussing over the smallest of details! They even phoned me on my way home to check everything was OK! The service both Scott and Angela have given me is above and beyond what I ever expected. I'm so glad I put van in their safe hands.

Bought this Saab 9-3 on 26-7-19 from here and it was a very good experience. Friendly staff very good communication and a decent length test drive. As I've only had it for a day at the time of writing this I can't comment on after sales support or warranty support. They are appointment only so call before you leave but they accommodated my wishy washy times so no complaints from me. I'll update if I need them in the future, but I really hope I don't. EDIT. 31/7/19 After discovering a couple of issues with the car, I made contact with them to raise my concerns, initially we arranged to drop the car off for diagnostic and repair. Unfortunately, this wasn't practical at the time due to illness on the garage's side. An alternative solution was proposed of a full refund to which I reluctantly agreed. I will not leave a bad review however as through it all, the lady I dealt with kind of bent over backwards to accommodate my needs.

Excellent service. We had a rear side window fitted. The communication and service was brilliant. Angela was in contact to let us know when the window was in. A refreshing experience these days. Very pleased and would definately recommend this company.

Purchased a great car from Scott a month ago. We were delighted with every aspect of the transaction. Fantastic condition and value. We thought we had already posted a review, but appears we didn't, which is good as we had a couple of minor issues last week. The way to rate a business is not just by the initial sale, but the after sales service. As with previous reviewer Paul, we can't fault Scott again. All issues sorted promptly out without question. You wouldn't get better service from main dealers. Thoroughly recommend

I was really lucky to have stumbled across Lloyds Auto Tech last year. They did a fantastic job of installing an awning on my van conversion. Knowledge and experience second to none. they even custom fabricated brackets needed to lower the profile. Some delays waiting for the awning to arrive which was totally out of their control but Angela kept me updated. Cant wait to get my next upgrade booked in with them!

Fantastic job carried out on our van by Scott at Lloyds Auto Tech. Professional service always kept us up to date with phone calls & photos of how the job was going. Any additions my wife added along the way Scott was always happy to discuss & do. We had no idea what type of van we were looking for apart from a medium to high roof when we spoke to Scot from Lloyds Auto Tech on the phone. He told us he had a Mercedes Vito which would be perfect for our requirements. From our first visit to the very and tidy and well organised workshop, we were really impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Scott and Angela, they were both so attentive and extremely helpful. We were more than happy with the Vito and the recommendations made for the conversion from Scott and Angela who both kept us updated with reports and photographs along the way. We've picked up our converted van and words cannot express how thrilled we are - the pride they take in their work stands out so much we felt they carried out the conversion as if it was for their own use.
