We recently purchased a Citroen Grand Picasso from Ben Wild Motors. From the first contact the service was so good, professional and helpful that we drove from London to purchase a car from Ben Wilde Motors in Chester. James and the team were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. When we had an issue with the car's air conditioning the team at Ben Wild Motors went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was rectified extremely quickly, without hassle. Not only was the vehicle a quality car, but the service and aftercare was exemplary. We'd happily buy from and recommend Ben Wild Motor's services.

Haven't bought a car from here, but a few years ago I lost my wallet outside the shop/car park. Ben went to great trouble finding me on Facebook to contact me so he could let me know the wallet had been found and to arrange returning it to me. A real gentleman who in my experience is very helpful, honest and also extremely pleasant to deal with.

Extremely pleased with my purchase from Ben Wild Motors. The communication was excellent and the buying experience made alot easier even with my difficult finance company taking their time. I can’t recommend Ben highly enough. I’ve waited over a month to leave a review because I’m always cautious not to tempt fate especially where used vehicles are concerned! but I haven’t had a single issue with my car and I’ve driven up and down the country…It’s perfect. Ben was a pleasure to deal with, completely straightforward and not at all pushy. Thank you!
From start to finish everything was spot on no push on sales! had all the time in the world to show me around the car and let me take it on a test drive! answered all my questions about the car. I could not recommend this brilliant business anymore all the staff are very warm and welcoming!! drove away incredibly happy with my new car!!
From start to finnish everything was spot on no push sales here he let's you look and then brings out the keys to the cars you fancy then answer all your questions I settled on a mazda CX-5 when I got it home I had my mechanic look at it, and I was told the front disc needed to be change as they had worn and had a slight lip on them, I asked my mechanic was this an mot failure the answer was no not yet but come February 2023 they probably would be, not a definite depending on the miles I did, I spoke to Ben and all he said was get them done I will pay the Bill, I would like to say he did not have to do this as the car was road worthy at the point of sale but he did and indeed he did pay the bill. The guy is a true gent and yes I would highly recommend this family run company and would go to Ben for another car but at my age I am thinking this will be my last.
Brilliant customer service, smooth and pleasant transaction when they bought my vehicle, fair and guaranteed price paid instantly. Fair and honest staff and most of all best prices for cars offered! Would 100% recommend whether buying or selling.
