Please read ALL of my review! After reading some of the reviews I had serious doubts about the customer service I would receive when I visited to test drive a Passat. Got to say that the chap I dealt with, Luke, was excellent - helpful, friendly, not at all pushy, and well informed. All you could hope for with a sales assistant. He hasn't promised to buy me a pint if I gave him a good review, just credit where its due!
An update! Sadly this all changed when I went back a year later for the free courtesy car and service that I had negotiated when I bought the car. Luke and his manager had left, and they initially denied that either item had been included when I bought the car. Fortunately I had an email confirming it, and after being being passed around from pillar to post, they eventually agreed to provide the service. However, they refused to drop off a courtesy car at my house as originally agreed. This meant that I had to take a day off work and drive 1 hr to Chester to drop my car off, and then wait half a day while it was serviced, as I didn't want to spend 4hrs dropping it off and picking it up.
I would happily give Luke 5 stars again, if I could find where he now works, but have downgraded Lookers to 1 star.

Lookers Chester were the fourth Nissan Dealer I visited whilst looking to buy a nearly new X Trail. I must say that I was less than impressed with the first three dealers but from the moment I walked into Chester I was very impressed. I received a warm welcome and was introduced to a fantastic sales person very promptly who listened to my requirements, was able to answer all of my questions and matched my with exactly the right car. The whole buying process was painless and I collected my car a week later. On arrival to collect, I was once again treated very well and the car was ready to collect & beautifully presented. The handover was excellent and I am delighted with the car.
Well done Lookers and especially the fantastic sales person Frankie!

Shoddy Poor after Service, What can I say totally disappointed at getting past from pillar to post in the beginning regarding my private plate, then they didn't send the new ones when promised. I went out and had to buy them and invoice the dealership in the end due to the fact I would have been driving around with illegal plates on the car. I then had to chase and chase payment for these. I only got the car in the first place because my Dad was dying of lung cancer and couldn't get in and out of my two door Merc, the stress of this coupled with the purchase and grief of the new car made me ill and had to go to A&E with a suspected ulcer. I would never buy from here again as the whole experience was just to stressful and even now when they offered a service they don't want to sort near to where I live but expect me to drive a 3 hour round trip. I live on my own with two small dogs I cant just leave and am a nervous driver. Not a happy bunny

I went here because my leased car needed a service. £560 for a full service and brake pads front and rear. The staff were not helpful, though superficially polite. The service manager saved the day.

I have been trying to get hold of parts for the last 3 days to order a part that needs to be ordered and imported from japan. I don't care about the cost, I am prepared to wait and I accept that this will take time. I am not prepared to wait 3 days just for a call back!!! I am currently driving a car that is at the mercy of a roll of duct tape!!! #CHESTERNOSTARS
