Lookers Vauxhall Chester

Had an appointment with motability lady called Diane who I called Denise repeatedly (sorry) and she was incredibly helpful, professional and polite. Highly recommended going there. I would say that the coffee should be free for all customers even though I was offered one when we were speaking to her but whilst we were waiting it would have been nice to have one. A small insignificant gripe though

Went into the parts department for a bottle of screenwash. 2 customer service advisors at the desk.No other customers. I waited for a few minutes not one of them asked if I needed anything. So ended up standing there like a lemon. The staff were not overly busy from what I could see. Ended up walking out empty handed. Great customer service skills there. Keep it up. Made me feel ever so welcome.

Absolutely wonderful motorbility staff, nothing is too much trouble for Diane, she was very professional, looks smart, very knowledgeable, we visited several car dealers and what made us go back is Diane's professionalism. First class.

Can you get minus stars? Three new cars in three years, they make a mistake but unwilling to rectify it. Staff ok but Managers are plain arrogant and ignorant. Took Dacia UK to sort the issue. Long trip Warrington or Birkenhead it is now.
