Avoid this place at all costs. I booked in for an end of warranty check. Letter said ‘don’t worry it’s free’ they then added £500 to my bill without my consent. I was asked to drop my car off at 8am, got a call at 1pm to say they haven’t even come to my car and they need to keep it overnight no courtesy car offered dealt with a guy in the service centre who’s customer service was awful. He said if you don’t pay your not getting your car back. I asked for a manager to speak to and he gave me an incorrect email and phone number. I made a formal complaint 8 weeks ago and I have had no response. Do not use this place for service/MOT.
my X1 was re-called for software update and when booked it wasnt explained about a whole day booking however I planned to work in Service office with their wifi. Coffee was good but the person attended didn't give much detail about the booking and return. Chester Service always does a car wash while there but to my dismay it wasnt done even after being there for 5 hours since 8:30.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
Awful experience with this garage. No one keeps in touch with you and you have to chase for updates. Also, my car went in on the Monday, I got the car back and within 24 hours the engine light came back on and the car had to be recovered again.
It was just MOT service for my car, but there was no any hassle or problems, staff is very friendly and professional always helpful The only thing is that is little bit more expensive than your local garage but it’s BMW service
I have just changed my brand from Mercedes to BMW. New Car Sales were great but the Garage, when I had an engine fault, were diabolical letting the whole Brand down. They were rude, non cooperative and did not care one jot about the customer. These are the reasons I left BMW 10 years ago. I only gave the garage one star as you have to do that to highlight the post. Do I go back to Mercedes? STILL NO REPLY TO MY COMPLAINT. WHY BOTHER BUYING A BMW FOR £85000 FROM HALIWELL JONES?
Original review amended following recent visit in mid September 22 to have brake disks changed. Friendly staff, and now more efficient than appeared on my first visit after they had opened the Motorrad branch. For BMW authorised dealerships, there aren't too many about. This one is new to the area following closure of the one in Ellesmere Port. They are still finding their feet and very busy, but are trying very hard to support Motorrad customers. I'm happy with the work done and customer service & communications.
Took my mini in for a service and have to say the customer service I received was second to none. Brilliant!
Awful experience. Staff,especially the man on reception, really rude and unhelpful .1 star given because I couldn't give 0.
Great service all-round. The coffee and business hub makes it much less of an ordeal to take time out from work
Poor service today, didn't even want to try and help me with my £65,000 car.
