Picked up my 68 plate XE R-sport a couple of weeks ago now, and I'm absolutely loving every second of it. The buying process was first class and Gregg Leatherbarrow went above and beyond for me to ensure the car was perfect for collection. It was even given a full valet whilst I drove over to view it, before any deposit or anything, it was a very nice touch. If you're looking for a new car, pop your head in here!
The car I was test driving was in perfect condition inside the showroom. The salesman who looked after me Vinny was excellent. He cared about what he was doing and cared about his customer. First rate service. I went for a 30 minute test drive and decided to buy the car immediately after this. Vinny took care of everything and even dropped the car off at my house on delivery day. The technician greeting me and dealing with my car was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and impressive. My car was serviced and MOT'd within a day although I couldn't be contacted for pickup - issue on my end and nicely cleaned. Only drawback, there aren't enough courtesy cars available.
My experience with Jaguar/Land Rover have been extremely positive. My car went in for an engine management light and found I needed sensors repairing. The work took a couple of days but Mike kept me updated throughout the repair. Car was fixed and they even cleaned it inside and out. Would recommend x
Paid for a service that was not completed as per specification. Brake fluid not replaced, pollen filter not replaced and diesel exhaust fluid not topped up even though low warning message on display. Now have to wait nearly 4 weeks to have service that has paid for 2 weeks ago completed properly. Apparently technician was unsure of what was covered in the service .....expected better from the dealership.
Bought a newish car with two part exchanges. Helen on reception is brilliant- warm, welcoming and attentive. Luke Chidlow in Sales is a hero - highly personable, very knowledgeable and immensely patient. A fantastic experience. Highly recommended.
Recently purchased a Jaguar F-Type from Inchcape Chester, dealt with Gregg throughout and have to say he was brilliant to deal with.. absolute top guy, kept me up to date the entire way and went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after.. great experience which is not something that is guaranteed these days. Would highly recommend speaking to Gregg if you are after a Jaguar or Land Rover.
Speculative visit which resulted in the purchase of a new Jaguar F Pace Black Edition thanks to exceptional service from Gregg Leatherbarrow. Brilliant! I have purchased many Jaguar cars over the years and I can honestly say that Gregg is the best sales executive I have ever dealt with. His professionalism and diligence turned the speculative visit into a sale and I am delighted with the stunning F-Pace sat on my drive. Also Helen on reception is fantastic. She makes you feel so welcome from the moment you walk through the door!
Went to pick-up my xjl after a major service greeted by the receptionist who told me to wait in the waiting area whilst she informs the service guys. I waited over 30 minutes and by chance guy from service walked past and stopped to ask me if I've been seen to. I replied no he said I'm sorry but no one has informed us. No wonder jaguar cars are struggling to sell their cars. poor customer service won't bring the new younger generation of drivers. My daughter has bought a BMW instead of a XE .
Absolutely first class. I felt that I was welcomed to the jaguar family everything was quick no hassle. Car was immaculate when I collected it gregg was my sales representative he was very informative and helpful also had a great knowledge of the jaguar f pace.
