Bought a 308 Hybrid from here after Speaking with Peter on the phone. He so helpful and nice and answered all my questions. I was even sent a professionally made video of the car! Absolutely fantastic work by Joe! A 10 minute video showing every part of the car in detail was excellent. Collecting the car was a great experience, very friendly and helpful Staff all round. I live 180miles away but i'll definitely be a returning customer. Would hightly recommend to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of being a Peugeot owner for the last 20 years. Dealing with Swansway is a dream. In particular Matthew Flanagan, Mike Casson and Elliot Harrington. There is never anything that is too much trouble. Matthew has always been there when I wanted an upgrade on my vehicle. Mike had been amazing with his after sales team and unfortunately Elliot has helped me today selling my car back to Peugeot due to the change in the way I work following Covid. 5 stars isn’t enough for this team. Mr David Mano is a credit to the dealership. As a sufferer of mental health and Fibromyalgia from the moment I met him he made my cancellation at Elim due to poor service into control. I love Swansway Peugeot Chester and Peugeot's! I went back to Swansway after a few years away due to using the motability scheme elsewhere and I have my own 3008 and I just love it! Going back was like going home. Terrific service from Dan and of course Elliott and I'm chuffed to bits. Being back in a Peugeot is wonderful. My poor husband thinks I love my car more then him! which is not true... Thanks for making me smile lots, Dan and Elliott! I'll never leave again! Would definitely recommend Swansway Chester. Needed a part for one of their very common diesel engines but they could not help me without a vehicle reg and it had to be a Peugeot with that engine when I needed it for a Mini Cooper D so I was left high and dry. Very nice looking architecturally and friendly atmosphere

The Sales Exec Dan went over and above the call of duty to ensure I was treated amazingly. He’s a top gent. His attention to detail was superb. True to his word, he said he had new 308 SWs coming in that met my requirements within weeks and lone behold, 3.5 weeks later I’m in a new car. I would deal with Dan and Swansway Chester Peugeot again. 100% recommended. The car itself is perfect. If it were not for Dan, I would still be waiting for an Astra which probably won’t come until well into next year at this rate with no updates off Vauxhall at all.

Bad experience with this garage Was interested in a 5008 rang to enquire to be told they was a possible sale Got a phone call later that day 24/02/23 saying they no longer want the car We was really interested in this sale drove to the garage from Manchester to be there for 11am when opened Rang garage and couldn't get through Arrived at 11.15 to get told the car was sold from the person who was originally interested in it These things happen but Peter new we was coming to look at the car Didn't like the way this was done could have made a phone call to explain this instead of wasted journey and didn't appreciate they was finding it funny
