Despite on the report and on the website, the car hadn’t been cleaned inside at all after the service. Was told to come back and they’ll have it cleaned, but I can’t waste more time off with work for a job that should have already been done. I have plenty of photos should you need to see them too. *EDIT in response to VW Chester's reply. The courtesy wash and even a light vacuum wasn't even done. Don't state on the report that you have done it, or your website if you're not going to do it. Simple.

Bought a car from here we may have only purchased a secondhand car but we were treated as if we had paid a lot more. The salesman Jake was very pleasant and professional and knew his Job well was very understanding and patient Nothing was too much trouble. Well mannered a credit to his parents and to the company. Will deal with him again hope not too soon as we love our little UP!

Picked up my new polo today from the Chester store. I would certainly have no reservations in recommending this garage when looking to buy a new car. Our salesperson Luke H was very knowledgeable and took into consideration my specific requirements in recommending the polo as a great car for me. Took my vehicle into Inchcape VW Chester last weekend to have repairs noted for attention on my last M.O.T. Simple booking procedure over the phone and online booking confirmation for said day. The service advisor "Bella" was professional and explained my bill clearly. A vehicle health check was sent via email while I was waiting and technician "Pete" was clear and to the point. Luckily other than the work I was in for my vehicle was in great shape. Thanks to the care I've received from the team my vehicle should last a few more years...it is getting on a bit! Excellent service from your team, you should be proud.

Amazing service start to finish! Simon and Jana were amazing. Helpful and very knowledgeable and nothing was to much of a bother for them, answered all my questions. Was kept informed every step of the way and was contacted every time when they said they would. Will definitely recommend VW Chester. I recently purchased my second new car from this dealership and can not thank them enough for all they have done for me. Theo and Liam were amazingly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made what could be a rather stressful experience, nothing but enjoyable. Had an incredibly poor service with them. Not only did they incorrectly tell us that our car was under warranty when we phoned up to ask, as we had a fault with a car we purchased there. When we arrived the next day to drop off the car, they told us it wasn't, but were really unhelpful and offered no regret or help/ solution. Secondly when we rung and followed up, after we explained the situation they responded with 'what do you want me to do about it'. Terrible service. A genuine apology would have sufficed.

Visited Inchcape body shop to get an estimate for collision damage repairs to my car. All staff encountered were charming, helpful and very professional explaining all they could do and at what cost. After visiting several other car body shops we decided to go with Inchcape. Once a claims number was obtained from my insurance company Inchcape took over. Informing me when the claim was approved and arranging a suitable date for the repairs to be carried out. The car on collection was in pristine condition inside and out. A big thankyou to all Inchcape staff. You all made every visit a very pleasant experience.
