Good experience. Room was basic, but clean. No a/c so I appreciated that there was a fan. My flight landed at 6am, staff locked my luggage away for me till 2 when I could check in. I wanted to be by Victoria transit stations, was about a 10 min walk which was perfect.Rooms: 5/5
August 2024 We stayed in the Hotel from 08.08. -13.08.2024 5 nights but the Hotel charged us 6 nights. We had a double room and a single room. At the day when we checked out they detect their fault and promised to refund the overpaiment. But after some mails and a phone call with the hotel managment they do not respond anymore. We could not recommend deal with Lidos Hotel in London. Noteworthy details: Unprofessional customer complaint management Check your invoice in detail. In case of an overpayment you may not get your money back.
Perfect location, very clean and well maintained, they have luggage storage what was very useful for us. The staff is helpful and welcoming.
Hotel very well located for visiting London, The rooms are very small but the value for money is good. Everything is very clean. Friendly staff. The shower water took a while to heat up but there was pressure.
