Well, our stay in Huttons Hotel is a mixed experience. First of all I want to point out regarding the location of the hotel, it is perfect. Close to major attractions and subway. The staff were nice and friendly too. But when we first arrived they showed us a room below the ground level. The room smells paint and other stuff. I was quite surprised they even offer this room to any customer. After a conversation with the staff, he gave us another room in the fourth floor. The room is totally okay, even though it was small and outdated. But the cleaning service is super. Breakfast is okay too, not a fancy one, but you have everything you need for breakfast. I don't think I will come back to this hotel again next time I visit London. To be honest I think this hotel is a good two stars not three stars thus why I gave two stars in this review too. To sum up, great location, friendly staff, super small and outdated room. Rooms: Small and outdated Walkability: Easy to get around
Amazing place to stay. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms was lovely size and bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was all fresh and taste lovely. Close to all amenities. Normally most hotels want you to check out before 10 am but they allowed us to stay abit longer. So was a lovely lay inRooms: 5/5
Excellent hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone business people, tourists, couples , families Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Very friendly. Rooms immaculate . And in walking distance of all amenities/ restaurants and easy access to the tube and bus. Will definitely return. Thank you . See you all soon
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations for a 3-star hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and this I experienced from most staff as well. I really liked the continental breakfast. Each morning, I was treated to a delightful spread that included pastries, a variety of cereals, an assortment of fruits, and deliciously brewed coffee, savoury and sweet and loads of selection of cuts, cheese, cereals etc. The attention to detail in the breakfast selection was evident, and it provided the perfect start to my day. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining a high standard throughout my stay. The common areas were simple, but well kept. Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful experience that far surpassed the typical expectations of a 3-star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, a fantastic breakfast, and a clean, comfortable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!
Extremely small room, not suitable for tourist with luggage. It is impossible to fully open and lay your luggage on the floor. Shower was bad, be prepared to spend a long time in the shower since there is minimal water flowing out each time. Overall, decor of the hotel is old, but thankfully it is clean.Rooms: 3/5
We stayed at this hotel for four nights, but would have left earlier if other hotels had been available. We booked two rooms 102 and 108, and both rooms were absolutely filthy. The bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for years. The showers were overflowing due to clogged drains—I don’t even want to imagine what was clogging them! The shower head in room 108 was covered in pink bacteria, and the sink was so gross my sister refused to touch it without a thick layer of toilet paper as protection. After our first night, we requested a deep cleaning of the bathroom, but when we came back to our room, the bathroom was just as dirty. Instead of addressing the cleanliness issues, we found three cans of soda and three bottles of water as «compensation». This did nothing to fix the unacceptable state of the rooms. We were extremely disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
Staff are pleasant enough, rooms a bit small but they do the job and they're clean and presentable. Once again though another place I have stayed in that doesn't offer a WiFi that's stable for good connectivity as it dips out every now and then. Maybe you should consider that there is a different WiFi to run the smart TVs in your rooms and other hotel equipment to the one that your guests may use for instance. It clearly cannot manage the amount of devices that can access it
Hotel is in great location, just 5 minute walk from a metro station. Personel is nice and kind. Breakfast is poor, you are not going to get scrambled eggs, sausages or hot bacon. When it comes to rooms the are really small. It's hard for two people just to walk around without squizing. Bed is comfortable but small for 2 people and you only got one duvet. Bathroom has a step that you need be careful about. Bathroom is small as well.
Do not go to this hotel. The first room had me in the basement next to the dining hall and it was incredibly warm. Second room was behind reception and you could hear everything. The third room...let's just say if you do stay here, check your mattress. Mine had 2 mattress protectors on that got more disgusting as you peeled off the first one. And the mattress itself had so many hideous stains from god knows what. Needless to say, I didn't stay the night and walked out. The idea of breathing in that filth in my sleep made me sick.
Perfect location in central London. Staff all very nice, helped us with many requests. Breakfast is continental, but you can find everything, meats, yoghurts, pastries, waffles, eggs, all sorts of cereals, oats. Stayed here for 4 nights in a twin room. Room was small, but clean and adequate. Price / value is great. Will return.
