Only stayed the night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, nothing special, but decent for a nights stay. Beds were comfortable. The only downside was how small the bathroom was, but it was to be expected. Overall would stay again!Rooms: 5/5
Convenient to the underground. No stair-free access to anything. Room adequate but nothing special. Room decor could be cheerier. Bathroom small and not laid out very well, such as nowhere to place items when using the sink, and must place bath towel on toilet or sink in order to reach it after a shower. Wish it had a mini-fridge in the room.
Everything was fine. I stayed here for 4 nights. The staff, the breakfast service, the location and cleaness were very good. You get all you need for the price. The rooms are a bit small but who cares if you are there for a short stay.Rooms: 4/5
Elevator doesn’t work. No a/c in the building or rooms. Bugs everywhere. Not a pleasant stay at all. We had to get new room keys more than once a day because ours would just stop working. Great location though. Front desk guy from Italy was very helpful and friendly but the hotel itself is awfulRooms: 1/5
This Hotel not the same as in Canada or USA. The rooms are very small, with NO fridge, the sink is very small, you can't even put a bottle of water to fill it, and the WC door can not fully open. But, to say something nice, they are clean. It's better to go for Air BnB, and that's what'll do in my next visit to London. Walkability: Close to Pimlico underground
I always stay at this hotel when I come to London on business. Great location, clean rooms, quiet and the service is excellent. The breakfast is also very good. The rooms can be a bit small however if you ask they often have a larger room to offer.Rooms: 5/5
Very good location, close to metro and Victoria Station also bus stop next to hotel. I had a single room on the 2nd floor. Mattress super comfortable but room and bathroom just tiny. Despite paying 200 eur for the nite it was the cheapest option in the area. I would stay in Single room only for 1 nite. However it had a desk which would allow to work from there. Breakfast was ok as well.
Average place to stay, outdated decor and tiny rooms. Pros are that the staff was helpful, location is good and it's relatively cheap for London.Rooms: 2/5
Upon arrival we were greeted by the nicest people behind reception and the welcome was first class. The hotel is convenient for tube, bus and shows and easily walkable from Victoria. There are some nice bars and restaurants close by. The rooms are smallish but comfortable and the breakfast had a good number of options with helpful staff. A big thank you goes to Elton in reception because he went beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a wonderful stay
The moment I entered the room I noticed a funny smell which needs improvement. They should've used some air freshener at least. I'm really disappointed on the room smell. Walkability: Close by the bars, pharmacy and grocery.
