Great staff, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This is a small hotel for a quaint stay more representative of the London experience than a Marriott. We enjoyed the breakfast included and we were within walking distance of restaurants, metro stations, and a Broadway style theatre that shows Wicked.Rooms: 5/5
Quaint little Hotel, managed by two lovely, authentic gentlemen always up for a good laugh. Glutenfree and vegan breakfast choices. Located in a more quiet area but with Restaurants and pubs nearby.Rooms: 5/5
We just returned from our first trip to London. The Luna Simone was perfect for our family of 3. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location offers the 24 bus right outside the hotel, and Victoria station is a 10-minute walk. The Pimlico tube station is also quite close. Loads of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores nearby. We would definitely rebook at the Luna Simone for our next London trip. Thanks, Peter, Bernard, and the entire staff! Rooms: Fantastic water pressure in the shower. Comfy beds. Kettle with tea and coffee.
Small but clean and comfortable room with everything you would expect. Extremely quiet. Very comfy bed. Pleasant breakfast room and decent breakfast. What makes this hotel stand out, though, is the absolutely delightful, friendly service. We would definitely stay again for that alone. Walkability: Ten minutes walk from Victoria rail and coach stations. Very convenient. Noteworthy details: Lovely staff!
A decent hotel in a good location! It was quite a hike up to the top floor to my room and there's no lift, so it would have been difficult with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The room itself was absoutely fine for 1 person and I'd stay again. I thought the 10:00 checkout time was pretty early - I was away before then, but worth considering if you're staying here.
Last minute booking for my birthday weekend and found a right gem. Location perfect with the 24 bus stop right outside. Friendly welcome, given an upgrade to a slight different triple room. Room was lovely and comfortable. Decorated well, beds were very comfortable. Nice shower. You have a key to get in so you can come and go as you please. Breakfast room really bright and comfy. Nice breakfast. Again staff were really friendly and welcoming. Definitely would stay again. Rooms: Triple room had a small double and 2 singles. Towels and shower gels shampoo, tea and coffee facilities , hairdryer and 2 televisions. Nearby activities: Walking distance to Victoria where there are various bars and restaurants, coffee shops and shops, Lane 7 bowling alley, Flight Club social darts and soon to open Karaoke Box Safety: Felt really safe. Doors have locks. You have your own key to access the building 24hrs and there are locks on internal doors Walkability: Walking distance from Pimlico tube and Victoria Station. Hotel has stairs. Not aware if they had a lift Food & drinks: Nice small menu for breakfast. Hot drinks, orange juice, toast, cereal, small cooked.menu
Very clean. Wonder English breakfast. Friendly staff comfortable room & excellent location. Highly recommended. Walkability: Walkable access to Pimlico Station streets are well lit.
Stayed there recently with my mom and twin sis. Lovely stay. Our room had 3 twin beds and plenty of other room. The bathroom is bigger than I expected, very comfortable, hot shower everyday. Breakfast is plentiful, and the owners are so friendly. We had troubles finding the hotel from Victoria station, but I called and spoke to the front desk who gave me perfect directions to get there. Utilize bus 24 across the street - it takes you to many well known tourist spots, shopping, food options. Surrounded by great pubs and other options. Slept sound at night with the fan and windows open. Lots of channels available on the TV. Would stay here again should I be on that side of the Atlantic again!
Friendly helpful staff, room was small, but we weren't in there for long, but had all the aminities you'd need for a weekend stay. Nice location, would recommendRooms: 4/5
