The hotel is amazing for its price. The staff were all welcoming, the breakfast great as well. And the location is perfect considering there is basically everything there, the train station is near, also coaches. The rooms are nice and neat. I have no complaints, just gratitude. Thank you so much for the service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to stay for the night for a cheap price :
I stayed at the hotel for 2 days with my family. The location is great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff is very kind, especially Jaypal at the reception, and Rima at breakfast were very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.Rooms: 5/5
I needed to book a room last minute for my son’s partner, baby and friend after their partners were involved in a serious motorcycle accident. Even though it was late evening JayPal sorted out a cot for the baby and was very helpful. My son’s partner said everything was fine at the hotel, room breakfast, service etc. Can’t comment on it’s suitability, location, etc for a holiday as they just needed somewhere to stay overnight near to Kings College Hospital
There is a reason there are no photos in the IHG app. Rooms are extremely small. As others have mentioned in reviews it’s not run well. Checkin was 30 plus minutes to find out rooms are not kept well. Furniture is stained. The front lobby first impression furniture is stained and not well kept. Indicative of the rest of the hotel. Staff mentioned it is quiet, however when we went to check the room we heard everything you don’t want to hear from the room across the hall.
Typical Holiday Inn Express in terms of rooms, facilities and pricing. Well run. Stand out feature is their exceptional staff - friendly, helpful and happy to go an extra mile. Location is convenient for London.Rooms: 5/5
The hotel is small but nice. The service is absolutely fabulous. The guys are nice and helpful. We spontaneous booked and it was quite easy and cheap. The locations is perfect to explore London and it's quite near to Victoria coach station. The breakfast is basic but good. Same the rooms. Value for money is pretty good. I would recommend the hotel and will book again.
Great hotel, the staff were fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast was more than adequate and the location was 5mins walk to Pimlico station, easy access to buses and 15 minutes walk to Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben. We would stay there again when in London.Rooms: 4/5
I am writing this letter to express my sincere gratitude for your hotel's exceptional hospitality and service during my recent stay. Jaypal immediately came outside the hotel to greet us and help us with our suite luggage. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly made my experience memorable. I also want to personally thank Mary for loaning me one electric voltage adapter for our CPAP continuous positive airway pressure machine. I want to express my gratitude for Omar for helping me with providing me with information about the area. I also want to thank the hard working individuals, who are Miriam and Gustavo, who prepares our breakfast. My wife was feeling under the weather in the morning and Miriam prepared a small take away bag for my wife. We will be using the Holiday Inn Express Victoria for our future vacation. Respectfully Gerry & Sheila Manning Noteworthy details: A reliable employee is the best gift a leader can ask for.
The front desk staff including Mary were very helpful in figuring out the different places we wanted to go by train or bus. The breakfast staff were also exceptional. The Victoria train station and bus station were very close to the hotel, and all the major attractions were not too far. Many restaurants and eating places were close by. We had a great stay overall. Thank you to the staff!
Catalin and anna from front desk are the best!! they made our stay truly amazing! Rima from breakfast always kind and attentive. Our room was very clean and the hotel is close to Pimlico station and 10 minutes walking from Victoria station. All the touristic places are very close to the hotel. The italian restaurant Sole mio and the Indian restaurant pimlico tandoori were delicious, only 3/4 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Lots of other options in the area but there two were of favourite.
