The hotel itself was quite nice and the staff were lovely. Great value for money. Though it did take me longer than anticipated to check in. There's a 24 hour bar open still but you have to drink in your room. Great walking distance from the underground or about a 20-30 minute walk from most attractions.
Great light spacious place. We got a booking at the last minute but the room was still lovely and ready. Though we were in the basement room l, the room was still pleasant and had some natural light coming through. 10mins wall from Victoria station I would definitely go there again
This hotel is incredible, it really exceeded my expectations. The staff was all very friendly and professional. Cleaning was perfectly done absolutely every day. The location is literally perfect, 15 mins walk to the Buckingham Palace.
Rooms small, breakfast pretty standard but a great location with superb pubs and restaurants. Negative: when requesting a taxi they use their own possibly a friend in an unlicensed car quoting for example £90 to Heathrow. A cheaper and safer alternative was a black cab we flagged down. £55.
Perfect hotel! Very good staff. Amazing location close bus stop near Pimlico.
Nice rooms,friendly staff,very close to central London and Victoria station. Bus stop right outside and Santander bikes down the street.
