Bought our new car from here today, we traded two vehicles in that were on finance and they were both settled with no fuss and abit of cash back too! Very fair prices for our trades and the vehicle we bought! Fantastic service from the sales rep James who made sure everything went smoothly and quickly. Would highly recomend to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! Most car buying experiences are met with headaches and setbacks, but not at Leeds Motor Co, we enquired about the car on Thursday and collected on Monday! Pleasure to deal with and hopefully buy our next car here!
Bought a car from her a while ago wasn't the 1 I planned to look at as after being told I could go see the vehicle they had already sold it so showed me a similar version. Seemed a nice car slightly over priced but bought it. After 6 months there became an engine fault and Mitsubishi said 5000 plus to fix so would never ever buy a vehicle from here again. Be warned the sales guys are really lovely but know nothing about cars.
Brilliant experience today, no pressure at all, Kevin let us just take the keys and go out for 40 minutes for a test drive and also has good banter. Car was in fantastic condition and also got us better rate secured for finance than quoted on Autotrader. Kevin was able to sort it so we drove away the same day within a couple of hours of viewing the car. Very happy with everything. Definitely recommend 10/10. No messing about, upfront and honest.
Excellent service from Leeds Motor Co, the most painless car buying experience I’ve had.
Contacted James at the Commercial Road site on the Wednesday and the new car was ready to pick up on the Saturday. My wife is over the moon with her new car. The service from James was second to none. The site is over 150 miles from home, but would definitely consider buying from here again!
