This is unacceptable. Due to my my previous KFC comment I decided to go and try eating at a different store and see if there is a different between the stores considering they are both in the same area. It was even more appalling. I came in to see tables left untidy, used food on the tables and fries on the chairs. I was craving so I decided to order a chicken burger with a side of coke and fries. I waited 40 minutes for my order to be cooked. I was shocked. And the outcome was disgraceful. The fries had green ends and most of them were burnt and they didn't have any ketchup or mayo and they didn't have salt or pepper. The soda I received was exceptional but the ice already melted by the time I got it, due to the long period of time I waited. I was once again given the wrong order. I was given a small chicken wrap. And I was forced to pay the amount of the chicken burger or the police were going to be brought in. The wrap is £3.99 and a chicken burger is £5 or something I don't remember as this was a while back. The total I had to pay was £7 while I was meant to officially pay £5.99 due to the food they gave me.

No tissues and sauce the first time I came here. They were handing out the cleaners tissue. The second visit again no sauce. No salt or wet wipes. I'm not sure if they are keeping the supplies to save money. The chips were very oily.

Always long queue due to slow staffs but good chicken

Quality not what it used to be. The size of chicken pieces are so small, taste is so below par & you're restricted from choosing more of the particular part bits of chicken you like (like side breast). Oh yeah & service was slow.

Worst KFC in London. Mostly crowded by young gangsta wannabe kids..
