The fried sweet potato was good, also the chicken in the Bao was good but the vegetable that put inside the bao was not good, they should improve the vegetable inside the bao change to something else beside this kimchi look thing but that’s not kimchi taste.Food: 3/5
Small and friendly restaurant. We had chicken dumplings, fried chicken and calamari, all tasty with great dips. Reasonably priced.Food: 5/5
Lovely place! Food didn't take long to arrive, taste yummy. The bubble tea was the best.Food: 5/5
Such a lovely food place, I ordered the katsu curry and the takiyaki and it was so filling and tasty. Have come here a few time now, definitely recommend:Food: 5/5
We enjoyed the food at Bao Bao, although it is a little expensive for what it is. I give 4 stars because of the price, can’t really fault the food. The bao buns were super fresh, very light & fluffy dough and the pork just melted in the mouth. The katsu curry was pretty good, rice tasted fresh. My wife enjoyed her noodle soup and we both thoroughly enjoyed the Taiwanese sausage and dumplings with the dipping sauce. All in all, a decent dinner and would likely eat there again in future if we are ever back in Croydon.
Bao buns were so fresh and delicious, and the build-your-own bubble tea is a really nice treat!Food: 5/5
The food are so Taiwan style and very delicious, definitely will visit again. Kid-friendliness: Choice of food are suitable for kids, my girl loves them so much. Cannot taste all in one visit, will visit again to taste some of others
Yummy Taiwanese food that I can rarely find in London. I always love to come here with friends and the restaurant is kids friendly too. highly recommendedFood: 5/5
A little gem that serves delicious and authentic Taiwanese street food. My kids, hubby and I enjoyed it. We lived in Asia for 10 years and went to Taiwan a few times. The food at Bao Bao is amazing. The staff is also super friendly. Also very kids friendly. Kid-friendliness: The staff is very patience with kids.
Honestly, the best bubble tea shop in Croydon. There's a wide selection of flavours for both milky and fruity bubble tea, aswell as an option to have your drink hot for colder days. Their drinks have the most flavour as other bubble tea shops tend to water their drinks down too much. I reccomend trying taro and grapefruit.Food: 5/5
