Nice place to get some cheap eats. As the name suggests, the restaurant serves south Indian food. Had the Onion Masala Dosa. Not too spicy, so perfect for me. The dosa was perfectly crispy and firm enough to soak up sauce without falling apart. The waitress was great too. Very welcoming, friendly and patient. I was with a friend who I hadn't seen in a year, so we had a lot to catch up on. It was really nice that she didn't try to rush us, even though we ended up spending 2 hours at the table.

We love visiting Chennai dosa every now and then for their very delicious South Indian food. We love it. Highly highly recommend for South Indian food in London. Only issue is it cash only.

Delicious food at a reasonable price. Staff are very friendly and accommodating with regards to special dietary requirements, and allowed us to come in near to closing (we were happy to get a takeaway as we arrived 15 minutes before they shut, but they said we were fine to dine in) and had no problem with us taking our time.
