Visited here for dinner. The restaurant had a nice vibe and was playing very good music. However the food was very disappointing! I had the jerk chicken and roti to start with. It arrived cold, the avocado was rotten and I even found a hair in my food. For my main I had the brown stew chicken with rice and peas. The chicken was nice and soft but it was very very peppery, tasted like they used a lot of hot pepper sauce and scotch bonnet peppers to flavour the meat, but it was way to hot to enjoy! The rice and peas was under cooked. I had a rum punch and it was very watered down. The cup was filled with way to much ice and you could not taste any alcohol. The vibe in the restaurant is good and the staff were nice and friendly but the food was a not good for me.
The food was amazing as were the drinks. We were welcomed warmly and our waitress Krysta was polite, funny and very quick in taking our order as well as the service. She definitely deserves a pay rise as Krysta couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely come back again and recommendFood: 5/5

Great service, and portions were more filling than expected. We went for the bottomless brunch an amazing selection of cocktails and Henry the server was a great host to our table. Recommending drinks and food and supply the table with great vibes and energy.Food: 3/5
Food was nice and fresh, slightly smaller portion than expected for the sides are on top of the cost of the bottomless brunch but very tasty. Drinks flowed easily to begin with after the first hour a bit slower but could be as the restaurant got a bit busier. Good atmosphere, good music and generally enjoyable. Jahim looked after us and very friendly.
I recently visited Turtle Bay and had an absolutely amazing experience! The drinks were fantastic, with a great variety and excellent flavors. The standout of the evening, however, was the service. Karl, our server, provided the best service I've ever had. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot-on and truly enhanced our visit. I highly recommend Turtle Bay and be sure to ask for Karl when you go. You won't be disappointed!
I enjoyed the food and it was was reasonably priced but why is the service so slow?! UPDATE: I returned for a takeaway and was pleased that the service was fast. However, how can you serve takeaways without providing wooden utensils or napkins? I had to eat my coleslaw with my FINGERS! I have removed some of the stars given since I'm really not happy with overripe fried plantain! I also found it off putting to have two security guards outside a restaurant! And I really don't like smelling weed while I'm at a restaurant. So disappointing!
Love the cocktails here they are the best. Only had the prawns and chilli squid they were delicious The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The sample reggae rum shots were amazing. Fab evening out with my long time friend
Keb is an awesome bartender, showed us about the secret menu and the amazing drinks there. Totally worth the 2/4/1 time and beyond! Super sweet staff, very welcoming and wouldn’t mind booking a table for a party! Totally coming back!!Food: 5/5
Bottomless Brunch with my friends. We’ve been here many times and always receive great service. Henry and Karl were very helpful with picking out the best cocktails and were very friendly. There were great vegan options and the cocktails are all vegan too. We will be back in 2024 for more brunches.Food: 5/5
