McDonald's

The staff are rude. They seem to think just because I'm an employee in another McDonald's that I'm not a proper customer. I don't mind it when the person on till makes a small mistake cause we're all human and I make mistakes to. But for two different staff members to make simular mistakes with same customer on the same day? No. Employee Pancakes comes with Sausage. I asked for it without the Sausage. I look at my receipt. She hasn't put it through. I have to tell someone at Presenting to tell Kitchen 'No Sausage'. About 10 minutes ago - at the time of writing this - I ordered a Grilled BBQ Wrap with no tomato. I look at my receipt. It hasn't been put through. I have to tell someone at presenting to tell kitchen 'no tomato'. They also put a small portion of fries in a medium box. And I've seen pictures on here that they've done that to other people too. The food is nice. It's gonna taste the same in any McDonald's you go to unless they make the food wrong, but at this point I only go in their for convenience. I have to get a train to work and this place is the closest McDonald's to the station.

A typical MacDonald. Very busy at times. Small place, so there's not much space inside. But you can get your burger quickly and move on.

Very small unfortunately,but food usually very nice and tasty and very lovely communication from staff to make you feel comfortable, one of the better mcdonalds i've been too

The biggest problem is the service. They should introduce the numbering system McDonald in East Croydon have, because currently they have a load of tills that are never all in use and lines that are ridiculous because people have to stand and wait 3-10minutes plus for their meals. Introducing self order screens and the numbering system would help to reduce this issue on such a large restaurant. Other then that it's clean and the foods always cooked properly.

Good food, but i made the mistake of visiting at 5am for breakfast on a Sunday morning before work and it was packed full of drunken idiots and awash with litter.
