What an amazing hotel! The location is very close to the metro station Earl’s Court, which sits perfectly between stations on the map see picture.  The rooms are tourist friendly, with power outlets just like the ones many European countries use, and furthermore the rooms also have USB-A ports which is just perfect.  We didn’t pay for the breakfast, as it seemed like it was too English for our taste, but the nearby bakeries offered a great alternative.

Bert noisy with Siegel glass windows , went to receptionist and ask for ear plugs., they even couldn't help me . help with that,  high price I paid I expected have a good sleep after long journey , not recommended and I felt I haven’t been looked after , be mindful to book this hotel . Not happy costumer .

-There was a beautiful private garden for guests of the hotel open 24/7 -Couldn't complain about the service -The breakfast was mediocre but free -The room was fairly small -The room was very clean from what I saw -The bathroom door in the room WOULD NOT SHUT. We had to slam it a couple times over to get it to close, and there was no lock -The showerhead in our room kept falling off -There were complementary water bottles in the lobby that were always stocked -The location was in a quiet street that was right next to everything you'd want to do in Earl's Court including the underground station -The view from our room wasn't great, even though we were on the top floor -The complementary soaps are terrible, in my humble opinion. I would bring my own if I were you  It was overpriced for what you get, but overall a good experience. We just kind of laughed at the mishaps.

It has been seven years ago since I was here last time. I was having a fantastic time at this hotel, except for my sister, she always minded my business.Rooms: 5/5

The room was small with a bit of structural leftover a wall. The garden was delicate, and the breakfast provided warm and cold options. The staff were caring and considerate, they were great at answering questions. The beds met my expectations, and in general, this hotel provides AMAZING value for money, and a great budget hotel, formidable location as well. LOVE IT! Would recommend.  Rooms: Could be bigger.

Do not miss this gem of a hotel. It’s located in a lovely bustling little neighborhood with an underground stop only yards away from the entrance. The rooms seem to have been recently updated and are charming. They might seem a little small by American standards but the amenities are outstanding. Mine had a US wall socket in addition to the UK ones. There is a peaceful private garden with a very friendly orange cat. Outside has ample seating, and in addition a small conservatory-like glassed in area so that you can sit outside even in the rain. Breakfast had a wide range of both hot and cold options all of which were yummy. Overall it was a great experience, cannot wait to come back.

We had high hopes for this hotel and was very disappointed and mainly due to customer service. Location wise it is conveniently located close to train station and hidden from the busy street. Walking distance to Kensington palace and Hype Park. Rooms are pretty poor quality. At least ours was. Dirty carpet and stains on lamp shade and tiny bathroom with clogged sink that never got fixed despite our complain. Staff at front desk are not welcoming and not friendly. Not even a smile when you arrive. Very disappointing for a four star hotel. On the other hand, the bar and breakfast staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast was very good. Overall, didn’t feel like a four star hotel and does not worth the money.  Rooms: Very small, old and filthy  Walkability: Close to train station and walkable to Kensington palace

We had a delightful stay in the heart of Kensington. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel premises were beautiful and impeccably clean, complete with a charming garden. The food was of high quality, and the waitstaff were attentive and pleasant. Overall, it was a blissful experience over the course of three days. We look forward to returning.

The room is super small….and that is okay…..but you literally need to turn sideways to get between end of bed and the floor lamp.  The toilet is very low….so if you have knee issues this is not the place for you.  Staff is very helpful and nice.  Breakfast was included but we never got to eat it…..they don’t start service till 7:30….too late if you are on tours or got a day of travel to do
