Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was a lovely experience. We booked the small double room which as expected was small but perfect for a couple. The room was very clean, beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. The only downside was that our tv did not work. The receptionist came to fix it for us but every time we turned it off we would have the same problem. Apart from the tv situation this hotel is a very lovely place to stay in a good location with the tube station only a couple of minutes away. The breakfast being included was a nice touch. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Rooms: Clean and cosy. Walkability: Easily accessible with a tube station just minutes away. Food & drinks: It is near a high street with many shops, pubs and places to eat. Noteworthy details: Breakfast being included was a lovely touch. Fresh continental breakfast.
IS THIS THE WORST HOTEL IN LONDON? May not honor your booking. Can close early and not allow access. Has a never-refund policy. Owner is prepared to use an industry-standard defamation claim such as assault if you complain. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!Rooms: 1/5
Absolutely lovely hotel. Stayed here for a 10 night stay twin room and it was lovely and comfortable. Rooms were very modern, a little smaller than other lower quality locations I stayed at in the area but the quality of the rooms themselves definitely made up for it. Great location, the resident cat made us smile and breakfast was simple but fresh. Also the only place I stayed in the UK that actually had a mini fridge stayed in 15 hotels. Big bonus! Only criticism, the shower had a window leading into the main room with these odd blinds enclosed in the glass, rather than a wall. Odd design choice, and if the bathroom light was on but the bedroom light off, the silhouette left very little to the imagination. Would not recommend if your staying with your dad or brother .
I really loved my time at the Henley House Hotel where I stayed for four nights in February 2023. It's a quaint, well-situated, clean, and wonderfully decorated property. Continental breakfast in the lovely sunroom was a wonderful way to start each day. I was celebrating my birthday on this trip, and the owner I'm so sorry I've forgotten her name! left a little cake, birthday card, and birthday banner in the room. It was such a sweet touch I'll never forget! As a first time visitor to London I found the location ideal and the team welcoming and helpful. If I get the chance to travel across the pond again, I will definitely stay at this charming hotel.
After a misunderstanding with the gentleman on the front desk with check in time we had booked an early check in we loved our visit to Henley House. Beautiful hotel, great location, and fabulous staff. Special thanks to hard working breakfast staff, and the ladies on the front desk. The cleaning of the hotel is second to none and they have a resident cat which is nice. Its a five minute walk to the train station and close to the supermarket. Rooms and bathroom are small which we expected. Overall would stay again, its a great place.
WOW, WOW,WM WOW Hi, everyone. I can't thank you enough for another wonderful stay with you guys. X I have stayed here a few times now. I can't type a massive long list of every perfect. Let's just say everything about Henley House is absolutely stunning and fantastic. See you soon guys. By the way, thanks Mike Reception and everyone else too. Love Kerry. Room 12, Saturday night just passed.
Shower was really poor infant cold, just cold! Arrived at breakfast ten minutes early to be confronted and asked why I'm so early. "If your here tonight don't do this again"Rooms: 3/5
I had a great stay in August 2022. My room was tiny truly a one person room but very clean and well- maintained and AC worked well. There is an elevator but I did have to take one flight of stairs up to my room. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. Would stay again.
It was very easy to find, and very close to the tube. The room was supercute and the bed was really comfortable, and their breakfast croissants were heavenly. Only bad things was that the bathroom door was creaking really loudly, if it was open, so it had to stay closed at all times. Also the elevator was scary, when you stepped inside it, it "fell down" a few cms. I walked the stairs mostly.
Rooms are clean and reasonably new, service friendly and it is quiet in the hotel. Breakfast not included is a selection of cereals, bread, cheese yogurt etc, no cooked breakfast there. we stayed in a 'small double' and it was indeed tiny, Premier hub tiny but with a much less shower/toilet cubicle. Bed is also just a few inches wider than a single, two adults we struggled. Check in starts at 15.30 which we thought is the latest we have ever had, considering they ask you to leave by 11.00, not great at all tbh...
