It's have a nice cosy room. Bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort of nice decor. The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. Definitely will come back to stay here again. This really makes me happy when I came and left...Rooms: 5/5
Close to underground, shops and eateries, lovely, well kept, small, friendly hotel. Room a little on the small side but had everything needed, bath and shower, outside space with table and chairs. Breakfast continental but great selection, staff very accommodating. Only downside was the possibly hardest bed I have ever slept in. Good value for money.
I wouldn't call this a luxury hotel. But the staff and service were very nice. The breakfast is the usual European continental breakfast. They have a beautiful bar but it's not available for drinks in the evening. Just a warning that room 14 with the budda picture above bed, the luxery double, the bed is hard as a rock! The hardest bed I've ever slept in.
The hotel is ok. Bed was comfy. I was told they did upgrade me to a luxury double room. Well it was definitely not luxury. But appreciated. I got to the hotel just after 2pm on my first day, I had an issue with my sink in the bathroom and for some reason I couldn’t unplug it for the water to drained. It was really hard to lift. I phoned and was told someone will come and have a look. No one did. As i was going out for dinner it was after 7pm I mentioned it to the receptionist again. She said she doesn’t have anyone but she will go and have a look. When i came back the water was still in there. It was a bit unpleasant. The next Day i left around 11am and had to Mention again to the receptionist and only then it was fix so a bit disappointed. The hair dryer’s filter need a good clean
Firstly we stayed in 19 Neven Square, which was nowhere near as nicely finished as the actual hotel. The room at first glance was nice, but the ceiling was too low to have a mezzanine, which meant I kept banging my head. No sound proofing between the very close room above and where you sleep. I believe we were sleeping under a member of staffs room, who on the first night was playing super loud music till 10:30. The third night was banging around till 11:30 and then 6:30 in the morning. No breakfast included and all this for the price of £166 per night. No thanks
Ok.. so firstly I have absolutely no idea how this place is listed as a 4* hotel. It's small and cramped. The elevator sounds as if it will break at any point, when they say "small double" they certainly mean it. You can't even open a door without hitting everything. They offer breakfast included. The morning staff were pleasant. However the food is extremely limited. Pastries, cereal, boiled eggs, and toast. And a small selection of tea. They decorated the floor with fake rose petals for valentines day, which don't get me wrong, was pleasant, but for the price they charge, listing themselves as a 4* hotel. This was beyond ridiculous. And lastly. I can not stress this enough. If you ignore this review and book anyway, for the love of God CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL. Once you've booked and paid for your hotel, they send you two separate messages. Which go into your junk folder. One message requests you bring photo ID with you. You can't check in without it. They also require a £100 holding deposit on check in Incase of any damages. Which you don't get back until up to 3 days after your check out. Absolutely disgrace. Please avoid this hotel
If you are looking for a quick, beautiful place to stay. I will highly recommend this place. I spent my time there and loved everything, it brings that sense of home in you. I will definitely consider this as my first choice over and over when visiting London.Rooms: 5/5
After booking 2x twin bed rooms with the travel agent we were given 2x double bed rooms. Not good for four single friends. The manager raised her voice at us and did not help to fix the issue at all. Breakfast was ok no hot food. Some staff were helpful. Cleaners working till 4pm noisy. Will never stay again and never ever recommend mostly due to managers attitude. We ended up moving for 2 days to another hotel where staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.
The hotel was in a good location and close to Earl's Court station. The staff was pleasant. The hotel was nice and check in was easy. The bed was so hard and I could feel the coils sticking out. The air conditioner made clicking noises all night. The room was downstairs and you could hear everyone and everything that passed by. Lots of sleepless nights and that sucks when you want to be on the go.
I loved my staying here. I loved my room and the smell of it. It's a shame the breakfast is so poor. But the staff are ok. I have an issue when I arrived because I didn't have my card where I payed my Stay. It was a bit stupid because I could prove who I was but I didn't have my cardRooms: 5/5
