I really enjoyed to spend my time at Tigerbay Shisha Lounge. The best kebab and nice wine. The service is on top and very helpful making me and my guests are welcome. We really had a great time. Thank you. Highly recommended!
Had a great experience over at tiger bay. Excellent service by Nuzi he was very attentive to our needs. The food was fantastic and great atmosphere to go along with it. Highly recommend.
This is mine and my fiancé’s favourite place to come chill and grab something to eat!nnNuzi and the rest of the team always take good care of us and the service never fails!nnShisha here is the best in the area and the food is amazing every time! It’s particularly good for vegetarians like myself.nnWithout a doubt I recommend this place and whenever we invite friends to join us they always have a good experience.nnThanks guys, see you soon.
Everything is good. The place is good, staff is good. Crew is good. The only problem which I felt was the behaviour of receptionist lady is pathetic. Making people stand aside. Don’t attend them, and not even polite. I would say please avoid the place soon as you see the reaction like this from her. Thanks
Okay but wouldn’t return. They were not accepting cash which was annoying. We had to go pull out money and when we returned was told they close at 2:30 even though we called in advance and they said 3:00 on the phone. We ordered food before and received our food by 2:00. They came over at 2:15 and had switched lights on pretty much rushing us out. I asked for my drink to be made with all ingredients except for the rum. I got it with rum and the bartender lied saying there was no rum but I had someone else taste it with me who agreed there was rum. I did receive a new one but wasn’t impressed that I said it 3 times to ensure no rum was in it. I was on vacation from Canada and will say I would not return to this place just based on poor customer service. Unfortunate because it looks like a good vibe but my experience was not a good one.
