We enjoyed our stay here. Great location - walking distance to metro/bus stops. Staff were nice and helpful. They let us check-in 5 hours early for just £30. Loved the express check-out. They have international plug converters available for use if you ask the concierge desk. Only cons were the long wait times for the elevators everyday. Additionally, there was an odd smell in the back elevator section.

The views from the rooms are simply stunning, especially at night when the bridge and the city lights are illuminated.nOur stay at The Tower Hotel was memorable and thoroughly enjoyable. The combination of an unbeatable location, excellent service, and top-notch facilities makes it a standout choice in London. I highly recommend The Tower Hotel to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure.

 A beautiful hotel.. Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I had dinner in the restaurant and took advantage of the cocktail offer of 2 for 1... and  enjoyed an excellent dinner all for £43.00..whilst overlooking the Tower Bridge.. a unique experience.... Waited on by friendly and helpful staff.. Recommended

I recently stayed at The Tower Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, offering stunning views of Tower Bridge. The staff were friendly and efficient, making my stay comfortable from start to finish.nMy room was clean, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed. I also enjoyed the on-site bar, which added to the overall experience.nI highly recommend The Tower Hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and great value. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic setting by the Tower Bridge on the Thames.  Staff are friendly and efficient.  Food is very good.  Some issues with bathroom shower not working consistently, toilet doesn't always flush can take 3 times, but this is only in my room, others don't have an issue and nowhere near enough easily accessible lifts causing long and frustrating waits.  There are other lifts and stairs but they are basically in a store area.  These are, however minute as this place is fantastic and highly recommended.
