Friendly efficient staff. Clean and tidy room. Small but contained everything needed. Everything worked, great shower. Good price.

Nice small hotel. Decent breakfast, very friendly staff and quite central. Only short stay car parks. Cost around 40 pounds from Gatwick airport. The rooms are nice, clean and bathrooms are with good water pressure. Plenty of power outlets and well lit rooms. Airco worked well and beds were comfortable. There are two lifts for about 6 floors so can have waiting times. Lobby is nice for a sit and drink and close by are restaurants, shops and night shops too. Close to bus stops and a 10 min walk to the metro station. Would definitely stay again.

There are two occasions that I stay in this chain and they never disappoint me. New hotels, very clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Super recommended Tower Hill and those who have throughout Europe

Nice place, good location. Meets the usual standard of motel one’s, standard rooms, with great lobby, bar space. This hotel is great for Shoreditch and the Thames water taxis.

Great value. Staff are lovely and considering the great location and good quality clean rooms the price is really good. Breakfast options are limited but given the area you are spoilt for choice. Really nice restaurant next door where u get discount as a guest. Would highly recommend.
