Great customer service and room. Staff couldn't be more helpful when answering questions. Rooms are very modern. Fantastic gym facilities for a hotel. Only downside was having to pay £50 on arrival to cover any potential minibar/room service costs which I wasn't aware of when booking.

Very nice hotel, staff very polite and service very good. I didn’t try to eat in the restaurant and didn’t experience the breakfast unfortunately. But as far as i can say, the gym was reasonably big, jacuzzi and pool were nice and the whole experience was very pleasant.

Hotel was great. Amazing room however when trying to ring room service or reception to get some plates. No one answered. Went down to reception and they said someone would send it up. No one did. Other than that it was fine

Always a great stay, staff very friendly. Rooms are good. Sometimes a little hit and miss and you get a small one but if you check in early enough you get a nicer size room. Bar is good, staff are great. Very affordable. Would go back every time

This hotel is lovely! The lobby is nice, we got given an upgrade and had a room on the 15th floor so no noise in the room at all. The room was very comfortable, the tech in the room was really cool and worked very well. Touches like underfloor heating and Nespresso machine made it as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. All the staff were great too, from the bar to the lobby to the concierge. Would definitely definitely stay again.
