My daughter and I travelled from Canada and stayed for 6 days at Premier Hotel , Blackfriars in August 2025.nnWe loved the hotel and all staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating to any request that we had.nnHotel rooms were spacious and cleanednregularly. Hotel offered a great breakfast buffet with lots of variety.nnThe # 1 thing I liked about this hotel was the location. It was easy for us to get to from the airport.nnThe Blackfriars train station just across the street and there were several corner stores , pubs and a Starbucks within 2 minute walking radius. We felt very safe walking around and lots of tourist attractions within walking distance.nnI found the Hotel rates per night were very reasonable for what was offered.nnWe would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
Really great stay. Fantastic team. Lovely and professional staff. Atmosphere, guest service and friendliness much better than usual 3 star hotels. Myself and family really enjoyed a few days spent there.I would like to say big thanks to Karolina and Italian Girl I’m sorry i didn’t spot the name on the badge! for going extra mile during busy period of time in hotel and helping me with very important paperwork for my family.nHighly recommended place to stay in London
I choose 3 stars, as the hotel is good, not great. The hotel has some irritating features:nThe guests toilet is locked, so one has to look for an employee, to gain access.nThe rooms are ok, though the beds are rather small.nBreakfast is ok, not more than that. It is the first hotel i have been to, that serves cold & dry pancakes for breakfast. That was a disappointment, despite the toaster, that is meant for the pancakes.nLocation is quite ok, not spot central, but well connected.nNo safe deposit at the rooms, and cleaning service is upon request.
Went to Fleet Street Premieree Inn. and from walking into the door the staff were brilliant. They accomadated us, dealth with any queries and treated us brilliantly. I had my son in a wheelchair and young daughter , and they were very helpful, kind and pleasant. In particular we had alot of contact with Hazel, Yusuf and Daniela, and they were fantastic. nothing was too much for them. I would definetly visit this branch again.
I stay in hotels quite often in London. There are few reasons why I choose one place over another - over years the ones I've whittled down to preferred status all tend to be quite good - but sometimes there's an event that entices me to choose a particular place over a range of competitive alternatives. Is it comfort, value, service, food, ....? It could be any of those, of course, but on this occasion a single event will prompt me henceforth to choose this venue over all those other good competitors. Hats off to a guy called Yusuf who I encountered when he was collecting my breakfast dishes and utensils. Premier Inn, are you listening? This guy is pure gold! Charming, efficient, knowledgeable, and a perfect host. It seems to me that he should be elevated to something equivalent to Maitre d' status. The other staff were all good at what they do, but Yusuf stands tall above all others. I shall return quite often, I am sure, and I'll probably make a decision to dine here rather than in any of the local very good restaurants, just to experience Yusuf's brand of hospitality again.
