This is a great hotel - BUT be warned, they play extremely loud music all day and night. I wouldn’t stay here for business again as it’s midnight and the music can still be heard all the way up the floors and into the bedrooms. It feels disrespectful to paying guests to not provide a place where you can reliably sleep. It gives me the impression they would rather prioritise being cool in the eyes of lobby guests than provide the service a hotel is meant to do.
Wonderful staff for the most part – extra special recognition for the excellent service from Che and Ioana at the front desk.nWithin walking distance of both bus and underground stations. Plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets nearby.nQuiet, clean, and cosy rooms. Very friendly and welcoming staff.nExcellent breakfast and great cocktails upstairs.nMake sure you’re hungry when you go upstairs – there are some amazing Peruvian options! nI highly recommend this hotel.
Great hotel in LondonnReally enjoyed our stay here. You can tell why the hotel is in a higher price range – the quality and service match it.nCheck-in was quick and easy, and we were grateful to Ioana and Che for helping us get into our room earlier than expected.nThe room was on a high floor, nicely sized, and very comfortable.nBreakfast was also great – lots of tasty options to choose from.
The property was very clean, and the staff was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were attentive to our needs and happy to help in any way they could. Ioana and Akif were especially kind and professional — they truly made us feel at home.nnGreat location, beautiful hotel, and walking distance to the tube station, which makes using the underground to get to Heathrow very easy. It’s a lovely area, with good restaurants and shops right on your doorstep.
I have been coming here for over a decade. Today we came for my 40th birthday - they had called me in advance to say the extractor fan wasn't working and they hoped to be able to serve us food and hour later - I said that was absolutely fine. I arrived and they told me they weren't serving food at all and seemed shocked I'd even come. We sat down for some drinks. The service was slow, the drinks were bad and the glasses were dirty. At some point, the kitchen started serving again and they didn't tell us. The person who got us the bill was rude to us. This was genuinely one of my favourite places in London and I won't be coming back.
