Very poor service. We booked with the hotel directly just to get the inclusive parking. We were given a parking fine for parking in the designated location and staff refused to help in any way, denying all responsibility. Decent value rooms.
Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I left my purse in the apartment after checking out and driving back to Manchester and they were so helpful with assisting me with the courier collection I organised. :
The apartments are spacious, well equipped and cleaned daily. Huge comfy beds too! Very friendly staff, great location and LOVED my week here. Hope to visit again soon
Very reasonable price for a one bedroom apartment in the heart of London. Beautiful peaceful gardens. The bar and grill is currently closed due to Covid but Breakfast is delivered to the apartment
