Don't stay here, theres a very noisy building site outside working 7 days a week they start before 8am, cranes, generators, diggers, dumpers. It's also a fair walking distance from the City Centre. Generic room was clean but tired, but the bathroom had mould as the fan didn't work and cracked & broken fixings, way overpriced for what's on offer, staff were helpful.1/5
warm welcoming got checked in early so thankyou rooms are big enough and really clean the beds are comfortable enough. night/bar staff were lovely great atmosphere when we came back from concert also really quiet didn't hear other guests
Currently on a 2 night stay here. Building site outside but that’s grand. Treated brilliantly on arrival and check in. Rooms are decent with great bed and that’s as good as it gets here. The night staff at this hotel are truly the most ignorant I have come across including their manager/supervisor. False report written up as we asked for food and they said they had no ingredients. Said we as a group of two couples were agressive which was written before any complaints made. I asked them to review their camera to see if this was the truth which of course they conveniently declined. Liars so again I will repeat to show us any evidence of even the slightest wrong doing on our part but I bet you cannot.
Tiny rooms with no place to put your luggage. No shelves, no desk, your luggage must be placed on the floor. The climate system is centrally controlled. The room temp is 24.5 degrees!!! The pictures of the rooms on this review are not correct. We are in a tiny room with two small beds, there are no closets. When we tried to upgrade our room to something larger, we were told there was no availability but went on their website and found larger rooms available. They just didn’t want to go to the trouble of changing the room stay away from this place .
Stayed a few times here, good location from The Garage venue which is why I booked it again. Quick and easy check in, modern and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff plus they have small bar and a pool table. Only gripe I have is the bed and pillows were not that comfortable but certainly not the worst I've experienced.nnA little tip if you are staying, a short 5min walk away and you will find a cafe called The Melt who do an amazing cooked breakfast amongst other dishes and is very reasonably priced too.
