I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding—every member of the staff was respectful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with a clean and modern bathroom that exceeded my expectations. I was especially impressed by the breakfast, which was not only delicious but offered a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. Overall, a truly excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
We were able to walk in and get a room which was good and it was under £100 which was a good price for Glasgow I initially thought until we saw the room. The bathroom smelled like a porta potty like somebody pissed all over it and the room itself had very questionable cleanliness. Stains all over the carpet and the bedding had holes etc. Overall very disappointing, glad we were only there one night. The staff was great though so there's that...
Room was really nice, staff were very friendly. TV barely had BBC 1 and chrome cast wouldn't connect. Breakfast was awful, with two hotels crammed into one dining room and horrible sausage and bacon.
Stayed here for a conversation, yes the rooms are cheap but they had everything we needed, room and bathroom where both clean, the kettle was also cleansomething that I don't always see in expensive hotels, the staff were really friendly and very helpful.nnThey also have 24 hour cooked on demand pizza which was fantastic!
The room was fairly clean but not particularly special. Clamped lamps were the main source of light, the shower had a curtain which I'm not a fan of and the tea selection was camomile or green tea- no normal tea! Woken up around 0630 by traffic/city noises so probably won't return. Fairly cheap though and the staff were really friendly
