The currys are good but need alot less ginger in the curry sauce and much less spices, the currys are too harsh too many spices and also too hot, should be more of a gentle vegetable taste the curry sauce and should not be able to taste ginger in the curry sauce unless its a ginger curry of course. Hopefully these things can be added/changed :)
