It is in a great location. It is a bit old and could use an update on the bathrooms and furniture. The beds are comfortable and the staff was friendly so I would stay here again.

Good location right next to charing cross station. Its a 15 minute walk to the shops if you prefer. The hotel is on 12 floors so if you get near the top there are great views over the city. The room was cold but the electric heater in the room soon sorted this out. My only other small gripe is that the bed was two singles pushed together and not a double. The restaurant is good and generally quiet

Just stayed two nights at Charing Cross Glasgow with friends to explore the city. The room was clean, warm and very comfortable. Great location for our needs and I would just like to add that the staff on the front desk and foyer were very helpful and knowledgeable about their city. I feel they went the extra mile. Thank you.

Really enjoy staying here. Staff are lovely and hotel clean and tidy. Tonight though peace was shattered by fire alarm. All of us out in street and firemen running around. Little kids shivering. False alarm seemingly someone could have been smoking. I hope they are made pay for what this cost the city. Extremely selfish. Giving five for excellent staff who were calm throughout.

Perfect location for theatre show. Room was fine for what we needed with an amazing view of the city. Most helpful reception staff. Restaurant was way better than expected but service was really slow, taking 40 mins to be served.
