The emphasis here is on Turkish fayre so why advertise a fusion of both this and Italian food? The waiters although amiable, appeared unapologetic when one of our group requested anchovies on his pizza and although this was the weekend these weren't on offer. Try harder please.

Where to begin. Thought we had booked an Italian restaurant (Alla Italia). Turns out this was a poor Turkish take on Italian food. The service was mixed though I can tell u exactly which deodorant one of the waiters was wearing given that his armpit was in my face most of the evening as he stretched over me to serve my co-diners. The food was at its very best mediocre. At worst, terrible. There were 2 soups on offer - tomato and minestrone. The latter was the former with some veg thrown in. Nothing about this "Italian" meal tasted authentic. The quality overall of both food and service was poor. Maybe if they had been honest and stuck to Turkish cuisine, we wouldn't have been so disappointed.

Enjoy going here for the £5.95 two course lunch. They have a Turkish and Italian menu, which means there's something for everyone. The Turkish lunch is very tasty. Overall good service and well worth the money for a quick lunch!

Have been several times over the past 5years or so and never been disappointed! We were there tonight and food delicious as usual(mixed mezes followed by the aubergine main course), staff helpful and courteous, and it's spotlessly clean throughout.
