A great location. Car parking is available at a discounted rate around the corner. There is a lovely Scottish restaurant around the corner and plenty of bars near by. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower is like an angel crying warm tears of joy on you. You get a free drink at the bar on arrival. The bar has a wide range of drinks and the bar staff knowledgeable in a variety of drinks which they do really well. Staff are very friendly and have a good customer centric attitude. The breakfast is a buffet style with a wide range of cooked and fresh available. I've never been disturbed by other guests. This is my go to hotel in Glasgow and I've stayed here several times and will do so in the future.

Cannot rave about Citizen M enough! The staff are so so friendly and you can always find someone to help you. The decor is super modern and innovative (we loved the hanging chairs). The beds are MASSIVE and my boyfriend was like a kid playing with all the features (lighting, movies, blinds etc). You can store your bag too in a locked closet with them. They have great facilities for work environments and the food is great! I would recommend trying the ice cream, a lot of the foods are made in Scotland which I appreciated it. I love Citizen M wherever I go so I definitely think about it!

Great hotel, friendly staff but one big issue. The toilet within the room is for my taste and opinion far too open. Privacy was not forefront in the designers mind let me just say that. Nobody wants to hear those noises but it would be completely unavoidable with this design. If your self-conscious perhaps a different hotel would suit you better (either that or a trip to the lobby toilets).

Cool hotel. Rooms are small but fun ideal for a trip to the city. Bar and lounge areas are really nice to relax in.

Only visited the bar for the monthly Freelance Friday event that takes place on the last Friday of each month. Nice mix of seating types, with quiet space away from the immediate bar area where you can work (free WiFi!). Friendly staff and a good selection of Scottish gins.
