Doesn’t look the best from the outside but on the inside is very nice, modern and clean. Room was nice and tidy, large comfy bed and the bathroom was nice and clean with good shower. Only downsides were the heating in the room which was only a small electric heater and not much of a view out the window. Could be quite noisy at the weekend as loud music from the bar next door but stopped fairly early. Overall a good hotel well worth the money and also breakfast is good value.

Not the best Premier Inn, it was zero outside and the small electric heater only just managed to keep the room warm and I don't tend to feel the cold. This Premier is old and in need of refurbishment. Saying that the bed was very comfortable and what you would expect from Premier with their guaranteed night sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful and actually made up for everything else.

Excellent hotel, what you expect from a premier inn.. Very clean and with excellent service and good night sleep! Love the secure lifts so nobody that doesn't have a key can access the bedrooms. Excellent in built Costa aswell

Not quite as good as the Buchanan galleries Premier Inn but still very adequate for budget accommodation. Bed was comfortable but the bathroom could have been cleaner. Orange mould round the tiles, something suspect on the side of the toilet. Toilet roll needed topped up but this was easy enough to get from reception.

You do online check-in to speed up time waiting for room but still have to que. Not quick check in machines. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Thyme restaurant not open until 5pm. Had 20 minutes wait between starter and main and there was only 3 tables seated rest empty. Food was good as was portion. we had 2 courses and glass of wine for £16 (meal deals). No longer restricted to set menu, choose from anything. Beds lovely and comfortable as expected and slept well. Heating is a decent electric convector heater so just flick switch and on it comes. No messing about with these horrible wall controls and you end up with cold air. Would book again.
