I’ve been waiting for almost one month to get a response to my registration. Then I’ve been told that they don’t cover my area, just few minutes after my flat-mate received the confirmation of his registration with them. Unbelievable.
Deffinately the rudest receptionists who tell you that if your nice to them they will make sure you get an appointment
I was with this gp for nearly 2 years. Until today that I found out I'm not longer a patient at this practice Today 09.02.2021 I registered again today, I called again and they said that I am not a patient and they never call to tell you about the test results i look another gp
The only reason I'm giving 1 star because it won't let me give less then this. Reception is absolutely a joke, they have no customer service experience. Very rude when you tell them they are wrong. Not sure how they get the job in first place.
The doctors are nice and caring and everytime I go there I go out with a smile on my face feeling safe. And also the girls from the reception. Thank you!
Worst GP ever!!!! Receptionist are awful, so rude and with very bad behaviour. Generally their services are very poor, they don’t really care for your health problems!!!!
